No other personal data is collected.

reviewing and evaluating submitted ideas;
contacting the author of an idea if additional information or clarification is required;
internal tracking of proposals related to the Program.
The data is not used for commercial or advertising purposes.

The processing of personal data is based on the user’s consent, given when the form is voluntarily submitted.

The collected data is accessible only to the data controller and, where applicable, to individuals directly involved in reviewing and developing the project.

Personal data is retained for a maximum period of 2 years from the date the idea is submitted, unless otherwise required by law or earlier deletion is requested by the user.
